Eat Better

Meal replacements are low calorie nutritious meals that are used by our program to help our patients lose weight. There have been over 60 studies that show if you used just 2 meal replacements per week and changed nothing else the average person would lose up to 22 lbs per year. 

Which is easier? To change the social activities associated with eating or to strategically substitute low calorie, highly nutritious meals a few days per week?

 

Move More

Physical activity is essential for all of us. Walk, dance, play, or work in your yard…30 minutes a day can help you stay in shape and feel good. Can’t find a 30 minute chunk of time? Break it up throughout the day.

Drink Water

Water is essential to our body. Drink 6- 8 glasses of water per day. Try water with a lemon or cucumber slice for a refreshing change.  Avoid sodas, sweet tea and other sugary drinks because they are full of empty calories.
