Eat Well

    When you're active, your body uses energy to burn calories you take in with the food you eat.  The key is to move, whether it is taking a short walk, shopping, gardening, or taking an aerobics class.  Exercise not only tones and improves your body composition, it helps in many other areas, including stress.

Goal Setting

    Goal setting and record keeping are critical aspects of physical fitness and weight loss.  Just like you can reshape your body with diet and exercise, you can also reshape your self-image.  A health educator will teach you how to set realistic goals and track your progress.
