Move More
Physical activity is essential for all of us. Walk, dance, play, or work in your yard…30 minutes a day can help you stay in shape and feeling good. Can’t find a 30 minute chunk of time? Break it up throughout the day.
Drink Water
Water is essential to our body. Drink 6- 8 glasses of water per day. Try water with lemon or cucumber slice for a refreshing change.
Avoid sodas, sweet tea and other sugary drinks because they are full of empty calories.
