Getting the Support You Need
Making lifestyle changes such as eating healthier and exercising more can sometimes be difficult. A strong educational and behavioral component assists participants in identifying lifestyle behaviors to improve and self-manage their own health.
At Physicians Health and Fitness, we provide a community of supporters to help you with your struggles and victories. We are staffed by highly-trained professionals that work with you to set realistic goals and determine the right HMR Program for you. HMR Health Educators provide advice, guidance, tips, and telephone follow-up to help you achieve your weight-loss goals.
The group environment provides ongoing encouragement and support, with dieters sharing stories, recipes, and tactics for overcoming weight-loss challenges. Our maintenance program focuses on lifestyle strategies for long-term weight management.
Weekly classes last 1–1½ hours where weight loss strategies are taught to help you build physical activity and healthy eating into your daily routine.
