The First Step is to Sign Up for a Free Orientation

We have an extremely successful program.  In fact, people on average lose more weight in our program than in any other.  We have helped people lose from 20 to over 200 pounds - and most importantly, helped them maintain that weight loss.  The best way to learn about the program is to come in for a FREE, no obligation information session.  We will discuss all of our diet options and give you a complete overview of what you could expect if you join.  It will only take about an hour, Dr. Hagaman will speak and you will get to try the food.  You are welcome to bring a friend or family member with you.  We have at least one orientation each week and offer afternoon and evening times.  Please contact us by calling 870-492-5993 or by sending us an email so we can put your name on the list.
